BMS-707035 生物活性

描述

HIV type 1 (HIV-1) encodes three enzymes that are required for viral replication: reverse transcriptase, protease, and integrase (IN). IN has emerged as an attractive target because it is necessary for stable infection and has no cellular human equivalent^[3]. BMS-707035 is an investigational IN inhibitor, which was stopped at the Phase II clinical trial stage for unknown reason^[4].
