Ditiocarb sodium 生物活性

描述 Ditiocarb sodium (Sodium diethyldithiocarbamate) serves as an accelerator for the copper cementation process. It also reduces the incidence of HIV infection and supports adjuvant immunotherapy research for high-risk breast cancer[1].[2].[3]. Ditiocarb sodium reacts with Cu2+ solutions to form a complex of copper diethyldithiocarbamate, thereby enhancing the cementation rate[1]. As an agent, Ditiocarb sodium possesses potent antioxidant capabilities and chelating activities[2].

Ditiocarb sodium 动物研究

Animal study Ditiocarb sodium also boosts depressed immune responses in newborn and aged mice, prevents nephrotoxicity from cisplatin in animals without compromising its anti-tumor efficacy, and, in an AIDS model, reduces lymphadenopathy and hypergammaglobulinemia, restores immunocompetence, and extends survival[2].
