产品功能
DFHBI is a small molecular, fluorescence of which can be switched on when it bind to Broccoli RNA aptamer. DFHBI 1T possesses higher photostability than DFHBI, and can mimic GFP when activated by specific RNA sequence (DFHBI-1T aptamer) such as Spinach2 or Broccoli. Through validating the fluorescence of dimeric Broccoli−labeled transcripts in vitro and in cells upon DFHBI 1T, localization of RNA in live cells can be monitored.
