使用方法
Protocol 1. Prepare pNPG working solution at 5 mM in 50 mM sodium citrate buffer (pH 7.0). 2. Mix 20 μl aliquot of the acquired enzyme with 180 μL of pNPG working solution. 3. Incubate the mixture at 50 °C for 10 min. 4. Stop the reaction by adding 100 μl of ice-cold 0.5 M Na2CO3. 5. Detect the result at 405 nm with a Microplate Spectrophotometer.
