描述CD80 is the dominant costimulatory receptor in immune responses. CD28 and CD152 are the most important T cell costimulatory ligands that engage CD80 and CD86 receptors on antigen-presenting cells. CD80-IN-3 is a potent, small-molecule inhibitor of CD80 with an EC50 value of 630nM and a K_D value of 125nM^[1].
