LAS191954 showed efficacy at significantly lower doses than Idelalisib. LAS191954 showed a potency on the target of 2.6 nM, with the highest selectivity versus PI3Kα (8.2 μM) and the lowest versus PI3Kγ and PI3Kβ (72 and 94 nM, respectively).
